01.30.09 : stromboli / calzone

prosciutto, salami, spinach, ricotta stromboli/calzone.

store-made pizza dough
fat-free ricotta cheese
baby spinach leaves
reduced-fat shredded four cheese mixture
olive oil
tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
Split package of dough in half and roll out each portion flat.
Spread light layer of tomato sauce if making Nate-calzone style. I like my sauce on the side.
Layer salami and prosciutto and smear ricotta cheese over cold cuts. 
Top with spinach and light sprinkle of season and four cheese mix.
Roll jelly-roll style for stromboli OR just fold over once for calzone.
Brush on light coating of olive oil, sprinkle of four cheese, and Tuscan seasoning.
Place on foil-lined cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown or until it is crusty to your liking.
